Vision
Our mandate is to provide educational, networking and associated related services to individuals and community groups involved in the building and improvement of people of colour in Ottawa, Canada's Capital City.
One Resource services and programs will support individuals and community groups to experience a more equitable standing in all societal streams, such as employment, healthcare, and education.
Mission
To ensure that people of colour in Ottawa who are in a vulnerable situation, will receive the assistance, education and support needed to allow them access to social service (local, provincial, federal) programs. Enhancing their mental, emotional, financial, social and spiritual quality of life, regardless of their age, race, religion or economic status.
