1 Resource is committed to helping members in the  community with nutritious food so as our members can maintain and balance healthy lifestyle.

Making sure youth and families have meal on their plate. With  a meal on their plates, they are able to live healthy. 1 Resource food bank provides emergency food distribution to people in need. 

The Food Bank is open every Wednesday from 11am-1 pm.
